TI Romania's Training Department, which commenced its activity in July 2006, aims to make use of TI's know-how, as well as its partners', to offer an integrated package of professional training courses to employees in public administration, the business sector and NGO's. This is in line with meeting the Association's strategic objectives, which are:

1. Transparency of public decision-making;

2. Strategic planning and good governance;

3. Organizational management and inter-institutional communication;

4. Developing public policies.
