Formare pentru magistraţii români în dreptul european al con-
curenţei
Creşterea capacităţii sistemului judiciar românesc de a aplica
politicile europene în domeniul dreptului concurenţei. Proiectul
a inclus sesiuni de formare profesională în domeniul dreptului
concurenţei.
Countdown to Impunity: Corruption-related Statutes of Limita-
tion in the EU
Îmbunătăţirea cadrului european de prescriere a infracţiunilor
de corupţie prin dezvoltarea de linii directoare privind bunele
practici în materie şi promovarea acestora în 12 state membre
ale UE. Principalele activităţi: elaborarea unei analize aprofun-
date pentru fiecare dintre cele 12 state implicate în proiect,
privind legislaţia şi contextul de operare a prescripţiei infracţiu-
nilor de corupţie; elaborarea şi promovarea unui raport de bune
practici către principalii stakeholder.
Creşterea integrităţii şi eficacităţii confiscării bunurilor
obţinute în mod ilegal – abordări europene
Principalul obiectiv a fost acela de a îmbunătăți transparența,
răspunderea și eficiența organismelor competente în aplicarea
procedurii de confiscare din Europa, prin aplicarea unui control
eficient al societăţii civile asupra performanţei acestora.

Împreună pentru integritate, responsabilitate socială şi dezvol-
tare durabilă
Dezvoltarea capacitaţii partenerilor sociali, a organizaţiilor so-
cietăţii civile şi a actorilor economici de a acţiona împreună în
sprijinul dezvoltării durabile şi al creşterii adaptabilităţii medi-
ului privat românesc la standardele europene,prin promovarea
unui mediu antreprenorial etic şi responsabil social. Una dintre
activităţi a constat în dezvoltarea şi implementarea programului
de formare profesională
"Responsabilitate socială şi integritate
pentru dezvoltare durabilă", cu 600 de cursanţi.

Uniți împotriva corupției!
Proiectul a avut în vedere să promoveze și să dezvolte me-
canisme și instrumente necesare în prevenirea și lupta împotri-
va corupției și a delictelor, pentru a garanta securitatea și
ordinea publică în România, Bulgaria și Letonia.

Training for Romanian magistrates in the European
competition law
Increasing the capacity of the Romanian judiciary to implement
European competition law policies. The project included
training sessions in the field of competition law.
Countdown to Impunity: Corruption-related Statutes of
Limitation in the EU
Improving the European framework for the prescription of
corruption offences by developing guidelines regarding the best
practices, and promoting them in 12 Member States of the EU.
The main activities: in-depth analysis for each of the 12
Member States involved in the project, regarding the legislation
and the operation context for the prescription of corruption acts;
elaborating and promoting the best practices report to the
stakeholders.
Enhancing integrity and effectiveness of illegal asset confisca-
tion - European approaches
The main objective was to improve the transparency, accounta-
bility and effectiveness of asset confiscation in Europe, by
applying an effective civil control of the asset recovery office’s
performance and to improve cooperation between authorities at
the EU level.
Training for NGO`s and private sector
Together for integrity, social responsibility and sustainable
development
Developing the capacity of the private sector, civil society or-
ganizations, and social partners to work together with the aim of
supporting the sustainable development and the adaptation of
the corporate environment to the EU standards, through the
promotion of an ethical and social responsible entrepreneurship.
One of the main activities was to develop and implement the
training sessions having the theme: "Social Responsibility and
Integrity for Sustainable Development", with 600 participants.

United against corruption!
The project envisaged to promote and develop mechanisms
and tools to prevent and fight against corruption and crime, to
ensure security and public order in Romania, Bulgaria and
Latvia.
