Creşterea capacităţii societăţii civile de a promova integrita-
tea publică la nivelul administraţiei publice locale
Obiectivele proiectului au vizat creşterea capacităţii ONG-
urilor locale de a derula campanii de advocacy şi de informare
eficiente şi încurajarea rolului sectorului neguvernamental în
promovarea reglementărilor privind protecţia avertizorilor de
integritate la nivelul administraţiei publice locale, în scopul
sprijinirii luptei împotriva corupţiei. Proiectul s-a finalizat
printr-un
Ghid privind protecţia avertizorilor de integritate
.
Fonduri publice
Crearea unei reţele naţionale de ONG-uri cu scopul monitori-
zării integrităţii utilizării fondurilor structurale post-aderare
în România
Proiectul a constat în crearea unei reţele naţionale de ONG-uri
care să monitorizeze contractarea şi cheltuirea fondurilor post-
aderare şi să sprijine utilizarea în condiţii de integritate a
acestor fonduri. În acest sens a fost elaborat şi
Ghidul de inte-
gritate în execuţia contractelor derulate cu fonduri europene
.
Parteneriat public-privat
Parteneri sociali şi societatea civilă în sprijinul ocupării şi
incluziunii sociale în Regiunea Bucureşti-Ilfov
Creşterea implicării partenerilor sociali şi a societăţii civile
pentru promovarea dezvoltării durabile, îmbunătăţirea funcţio-
nării pieţei muncii şi reducerea disparităţilor la nivelul
Regiunii Bucureşti Ilfov.

Medierea TI. Pactul pentru Justiţie
Observând conflictul acut dintre puterea executivă şi cea jude-
cătorească, TI-RO şi partenerii din
Alianţa pentru Statul de
Drept
, şi-au oferit suportul pentru procesul de soluţionare a
acestui dezacord profund dintre puterile statului. În acest sens,
a fost iniţiat un proces de mediere între toate părţile implicate,
care a rezultat într-o serie de patru întâlniri de negociere.
Medierea a fost una de succes şi s-a finalizat prin semnarea
Principiilor Pactului pentru Justiţie de către reprezentanţii
celor trei puteri şi cu încetarea protestelor magistraţilor.

Raising the local civil society’s ability to promote public in-
tegrity at the level of the public local administration
The project envisaged to raise the local NGOs’ capacity to
conduct efficient advocacy and information campaigns and to
increase the role of the non-governmental sector in the promo-
tion of regulations regarding whistleblower protection in local
public administration, in order to support the fight against
corruption. The project was concluded with a

Public procurement
Building a national network of local NGOs with the purpose
of monitoring the integrity in the use of post-accession struc-
tural funds in Romania
The project aimed to create and build the capacity of a national
NGOs network to monitor EU post-accession funds contracting
and expenditure, as well as to support the ethical use of such
funds. To this end, a
Guide of integrity in the execution of the
European funded contracts
was created.
Public-private partnership
Social partners and the civil society in promoting the employ-
ment and the social inclusion in the Bucharest-Ilfov Region
The project aims to increase the involvement of the social part-
ners and civil society in the promotion of sustainable develop-
ment, improving the functioning of the labour market, and re-
ducing the disparities at the level of the Bucharest-Ilfov Region.
Judiciary
TI Mediation. The Pact for Justice.
Considering the acute conflict between the judiciary and the
executive power, TI Romania and its partners of the
Alliance
for the Rule of Law
aimed at supporting the process of finding
a proper solution for the severe disagreement between the
powers of the state. Accordingly, a mediation process between
all the involved parties was initiated, resulting in a series of
four negotiation meetings. The mediation was successful and
concluded with the Principles of the Pact for Justice signed by
the representatives all the three powers and the cease of the
protests of the magistrates.
