As part of its mission, Transparency International Romania provides the following services:
- offers free legal advice to witnesses and victims of corruption, meaning informing them about the legal instruments for following through with complaints
- provides citizen guides whereby the public is informed about the main crimes of corruption in their legal sense, and the legal instruments that can be used to act against them
- offers the possibility to consult specialized works on anticorruption, by making them available to the public at the TI Romania library
- offers training services within specific projects or as part of training courses, so as to instruct citizens on the means and methods of anticorruption
