Project aim:

The main aim of the project is to increase the capacity of public servants in charge with enforcing Law 544/2001, in regard to ensuring free access to public information and Law 52/2003 regulating decisional transparency.

Project outcomes (corresponding to the activities involving TI Romania):

  • Training of 140 public servants nation-wide.
  • Guide to Free Access to Public Information

TI Romania's role in the project:

TI Romania provided technical assistance and training.
