The aim of this study is explaining the conceptual juridical expertise, as well as finding the most feasible ways to implement the future activity regarding the judiciary expertise, for the integrity conditions for this activities.
Referencing to Objective no. 1 from the European Commission’s Report for the progresses recorded by Romania in the Cooperating and Verifying Mechanism from July 2012, the judiciary expert has to contribute to ensure the transparency and the efficiency of the judiciary act.
The judiciary expertise is used in various fields for explaining some aspects of the judiciary affairs or for interpreting some information for solving controversial or litigious problems, some of them being crucial when it comes to taking a decision. Even though, the juridical expertise doesn’t have regulations for ensuring the legal unitary framework for ensuring its integrity.
