Aim:
The overall objective of the project is to improve the quality and relevance of the educational offer in higher education through innovative actions aimed at ensuring the quality of the educational process and its adaptation to the requirements of the labor market. The project aims at enhancing the quality of the educational offer of the university education in the field of legal sciences in the South-East region by better correlating a bachelor's program with the changing demands of the labor market and facilitating access to higher education.

Objective:
- Improving learning opportunities by reviewing a bachelor's degree program in the field of legal sciences to better align with market requirements and international standards in the field of legal sciences
- Improving the applicant's interaction and cooperation with the business environment and knowledge of the employers' skills demand and developments in the legal sciences
- Increasing the visibility and information of interested parties (business environment, academia, etc.) on the evolution of the demand for competences and the international standards in the field of legal sciences
- Improving university management in the field of legal sciences by developing a training program
Activities:
- Information and publicity campaign
- Study on the demand for skills to update a licensing program in the Law field
- Develop and provide a training program for people who are part of the staff involved in developing the bachelor's program and the persons who will teach under this program in order to ensure the correct delivery of the bachelor's module integrity module
- Adaptation and updating of a licensing program in the Law field, according to the requirements of the labor market
- Implementing the adapted license program
Results:
- 2 conferences (100 participants each)
- 2 press advertisements
- 1 analysis of international standards and tools in the area of integrity and business ethics
- 3 consultations with business representatives from the South-East Region for 1 day
- 1 study reflecting the demand for skills in the labor market
- 1 course support developed
- 25 people who are part of the staff involved in developing the undergraduate program participating in the training program
- 1 training program with 18 training sessions
- 1 existing education plan revised to update the license program
- 1 curriculum for the undergraduate program with an e-learning component
- 1 set of teaching and learning materials and tools related to the implementation of the curriculum developed
- 1 internally validated curriculum
- 1 license program ready for deployment
