Romania is a country characterized by the high level of corruption, as it represents the abusive use of entrusted power, so one can satisfy their personal or group interests.
In this context, for approaching corruption in an efficient way, on the long run, we have to observe each institution and the practices provided by the National Integrity System, the various relationships between them, in an integrating manner, which is able to determine what actions are necessary.
The final aim to consolidate each National Integrity System, by strengthening all of its elements, is by turning corruption into a risky enterprise with low profit. We must act in order to prevent the appearance and proliferation of corruption.
We consider that school should be one of the pillars of the National Integrity System, because all of the beneficiaries of the educational system can be found in fields that the other pillars depends on.
