The 9th of December is acknowledged worldwide as the International Anticorruption Day. This date, established on 31st of October 2003, during the United Nations Convention against Corruption, is respected in 140 countries and annually celebrated by events aimed to involve the public in fighting corruption within the communities they belong to.
On this occasion, Transparency International Romania launches its first bimonthly newsletter aimed to promote the best practices which have proven their effectiveness in the fight against corruption.
