Sibiu County Council in partnership with Transparency International Romania organized on Monday, June 24, 2019, the presentation conference of the project Sustainability. Innovation. Wealth. Social Inclusion. Unity. SIBIU – Strategy 2030, MySMIS code: 126475 / project code: SIPOCA 563.
The event was opened by the president of the Sibiu County Council, Mrs. Daniela Cîmpean, who wished the team success in implementing such an ambitious project, but at the same time very useful for the local community. The project involves both experts from the Sibiu County Council and from Transparency International Romania. The two institutions presented the objectives and wanted results of the project, as well as the process by which they will be achieved. The event was attended by employees from the Sibiu County Council and TI-Romania, as well as representatives from other local institutions, as well as journalists.
The project SIBIU – Strategy 2030 has as main goal the optimization of beneficiary-oriented processes within the Sibiu County administration, by strategically approaching the long-term development of the county, using planning tools for investments, budgets and community interventions and by developing the solutions regarding the simplification of the relationship between the County Council and the citizens.

A functional mechanism for prioritizing investments and decisions of the County Council
Substantiated and budgeted county public policies in accordance with long-term strategic planning
A development strategy of Sibiu County for the period 2021-2030
Solutions developed for health services provided online.

The project SIBIU – Strategy 2030 is co-financed by the European Social Fund, through the Operational Program Administrative Capacity 2014 - 2020.
This project continues the good collaboration between the two institutions, collaboration started through other projects carried out together, such as "Towards a successful public administration" (project code: SIPOCA 477) and "Let's say NO to corruption" (project code: SIPOCA 439).
