Tools and Training for Successful Organizations_ILFOV

 

Transparency International Romania is implementing Tools and Training for Successful Organizations_ILFOV project SIPOCA/SMIS 2014+: 963/151482, during July 2022 – August 2023.

A series of events will be organized, including training sessions for NGOs and social partners, jointly undertaken networking activities at the local and regional levels, and consultation sessions for the development of public policy proposals.

The overall objective of the ILFOV project aims to strengthen the capacity of non-governmental organizations and social partners to get involved in drawing and promoting development at the local level, by developing and implementing mechanisms and tools for interaction with local public authorities, as well as specialized training and a local cooperation network.

The project is implemented primarily in the Brănești Commune, Ilfov County, based on the Local Development Partnership (LDP) established between Transparency International Romania and the Brănești Commune. By extension, the target group of the project is composed of representatives of non-governmental organizations and social partners from the Bucharest-Ilfov development region.

At the end of the ILFOV project, the following results are expected:

  • A local consultation mechanism named the Consultative Group for Brănești Commune Development, developed within the project and implemented in partnership with the Brănești Commune Council.
  • 4 public policy proposals discussed, validated within the Consultative Group for Brănești Commune Development, and submitted for approval to the Local Council.
  • Minimum of 90 representatives of NGOs and social partners certified at the end of training sessions.
  • A thematic network of cooperation at the local level.
  • 4 instruments for monitoring and independently evaluating applied to local public policies.

Total project value: 419,748.81, of which 411,353.83 is total non-refundable funds.
