Project objectives:

General objective: Strengthening the capacities of NGOs and social partners to get involved in drawing and promoting development at the local level, by developing and implementing mechanisms and tools for interaction with local public authorities, as well as through specialized training and cooperation network at the local level.

Specific objectives:

Specific objective 1: Strengthening the capacity to collaborate and to active participate of non-governmental organizations and social partners through the development of a consultation mechanism at the level of Brănești City Hall and through the elaboration of four public policy proposals in the fields of: education, culture, health and environment.

Specific objective 2: Developing the internal capacity of at least 30 NGOs and social partners by participating in specific training sessions, as well as through a thematic cooperation network at local level.

Specific objective 3: Improving the capacity of NGOs and social partners to expand their intervention area, by developing and testing tools for independent monitoring and evaluation of public policies applied at the local level.

Aimed results:

Project result 1: A consultation mechanism at the local level called the Consultative Group for Brănești Commune Development, created within the project and implemented in partnership with Brănești City Hall.

Project result 2: Four public policy proposals debated, validated within the Consultative Group for Brănești Commune Development and submitted for approval to the Local Council.

Project result 3: Minimum 90 representatives of NGOs and social partners certified at the end of the training sessions

Project result 4: A thematic cooperation network at the local level.

Project result 5: Four tools created for independent monitoring and evaluation of public policies applied at the local level.

Project budget: 419.748,81 RON (a total of 411.353,83 RON assured by grants)
