  • The Inter-disciplinary approach of the antisocial phenomena with special reference to usury Seminar
    The project aims to improve the Romanian judiciary practice regarding the usury through the organising of a seminar-debate that brings together specialists from all of the country and from within all areas involved in the fight against this occurrence, as well as foreign experts with relevant experience in their respective countries.
  • Strategies and Public Policies to Prevent Corruption Conference
    The project aimed to inform about and promote public policies and strategies efficiently preventing corruption. It also aimed to identify good practices and solutions in this field, by consulting with experts in EU member-states.
  • Magistrates’ perceptions regarding the independence of the system of justice
    The Study aims to identify and evaluate the perceptions of magistrates regarding their degree of professional independence, as well as the causes and circumstances with negatively or positively influence the independence of justice. This research is the starting point of efficient measures to consolidate magistrates’ independence and level of responsibility, and to eliminate those negative aspects currently manifest within the Romanian justice system.
  • Advocacy and Legal Advice Centre
    The project aims to increase the capacity of victims and witnesses of corruption to solve their complaints through legal and administrative means.
  • Participation and integrity in local budgets
    The project aims to increase transparency and integrity in public budget design and implementation and foster participation of local civil society in community issues.
  • Fighting corruption and raising public integrity in the justice system
    Raising public integrity in the system of justice, offer support to victims of corruption and judiciary abuse, propose correcting mechanisms including advocacy and viable public policies.
