• Consolidarea capacității administrative a CJ Buzău de a creste integritatea si de a reduce vulnerabilitățile la corupție, prin dezvoltarea si implementarea unui sistem de integritate care include standarde, politici si proceduri de etica si integritate, precum si printr-un program de educație anticorupție, contribuind la dezvoltarea unei administrații locale eficace.
  • Improving the administrative capacity of the Sibiu County Council to increase integrity and prevent corruption by developing and implementing an integrity standard by developing and implementing a mechanism for cooperation with civil society and by raising the level of anti-corruption education of staff within the institution.
  • Develop and implement a Unified and Efficient Quality and Performance Management System by standardizing work processes; updating and expanding the innovative document management system; ISO9001: 2015 certification and human resource preparation from Sibiu County Council, in order to optimize beneficiary-oriented processes and strengthen institutional capacity.
  • The project scope is to enhance the Romanian courts capacity to ensure a coherent and consistent application of the European competition rules, with a special focus on state aid, in the context of its modernization exercise.  To this end, the project aims at delivering tailored trainings to national judges, as well as at improving cooperation between Romanian judges, and Romanian and other EU judges, with a view to foster a common judicial culture in competition law.

  • Dezvoltarea unui Sistem de Management al Calității și Performanței unitar și eficient, prin standardizarea proceselor de lucru, dezvoltarea unui sistem informatic inovativ de management al documentelor, recertificarea SR EN ISO 9001 și pregătirea resursei umane din cadrul UAT Municipiul Botoșani, în scopul consolidării unui management performant și optimizării proceselor orientate către beneficiari.
